SHIPPING POLICY

At Styled by Farah, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently while maintaining our commitment to sustainability. Please review our shipping policy to understand delivery timelines, charges, and other important details.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment, but we are working on expanding our services.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 8 - 12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons), processing may take longer.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking link.

  • You can track your order status using the Order ID and tracking number on our website or the courier partner’s website.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, lockdowns, or courier disruptions.

MISSED DELIVERY & REATTEMPTS

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner will attempt redelivery up to 2 times.

  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and you may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

DAMAGED, LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [Insert Email].

  • In case of lost or damaged shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier company.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and report it within 24 hours of delivery.

CHALLENGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.

  • Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, cancellations are not permitted.

RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
