REFUND POLICY

At Styled by Farah, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand our process and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
✅ The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
✅ The product is not part of the non-returnable items list (see below).

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or washing.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Initiate a Return

  • To request a return, email us at info@styledbyfarah.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the product (if defective/damaged)

Step 2: Approval & Pickup

  • If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the item to our return address.

Step 3: Quality Check & Refund/Exchange

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

  • If approved, we will process your refund/exchange within 5-7 business days.

REFUND POLICY

A. Refund Methods

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (details required).

  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

B. Refund Processing Time

  • Bank Transfer/Card Payments: 7-10 business days.

  • Store Credit: Issued within 48 hours.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size replacements, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Gift cards
❌ Personalized/customized orders
❌ Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, cancellation is not allowed as the order will be in processing.
